- Fill in your contact information and shipping address.
- Click continue shipping, then click continue to payment.
- Fill in your payment details, and then click pay now.
- Pay the invoice with details as shown in the following screen.
- All done! Your order will be processed and delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Refund

You can request for product returns within 7x24 hours after the item being delivered to you.
To submit a refund request, please fill Palette refund form at https://bit.ly/PaletteRefundForm and follow the instructions that can be found at https://palette.co.id/pages/refund-policy.
We will issue the refund within a maximum of 21 working days after you submit your unboxing video and product photo. You can find the detailed breakdown of the refund process as follows:
- Our customer service will confirm your return request in a maximum of 5 working days after we received the unboxing video and product photo.
- Once confirmed, you need to prepare the return package to be send back to Palette’s warehouse in a maximum of 2 working days.
- Our logistic partner will pick up and deliver the product back to our warehouse in a maximum of 7 working days since the package has been shipped.
- Once received, we will need a maximum of 7 working days to verify the product and process the refund.

You can use any types of payment listed bellow to pay for your order:

- Mastercard; and
- QRIS.
Bank transfer payment via virtual account will be verified automatically within 1 hour.
